Summarization: The Upside of Unrequited. Seventeen-year-old Molly Peskin-Suso knows all about unrequited love—she’s lived through it twenty-six times. She crushes hard and crushes often, but always in secret. Because no matter how many times her twin sister, Cassie, tells her to woman up, Molly can’t stomach the idea of rejection.

Review: A young adult book that is filled with first love and the realistic idea that crushes really do crush your heart. However, just like the title, there is an upside to unrequited. It gives you life lessons, those lessons you can learn while reading the book and it keeps you never wanting to stop.

Overall, if you love the idea of first love with a hint of sadness and humor you can guarantee this book will leave you happy and satisfied.
